Andrew N. Wolf

Andy is a member of the State Bar of Nevada, and the State Bar of California.

Andy has served as Judge Pro Tem in Placer County, California, and Washoe County, Nevada. He also taught Business Law and Risk Management as an adjunct professor at Sierra Nevada College (now a part of the University of Nevada, Reno) in Incline Village, Nevada.

Andy is the contributing author and editor (since 2016) of Chapter 27, Fees, Costs and Interest, in the Nevada Civil Practice Manual, published by Matthew Bender/LexisNexis in partnership with the State Bar of Nevada. This chapter addresses the recovery of attorney’s fees, litigation costs, and interest in Nevada civil court proceedings. Attorneys and judges throughout Nevada rely on this practice guide regularly.

Andy is an avid skier, golfer, and outdoor enthusiast, and served on Skiing Magazine’s Test Team from 1997 to 2000. Andy has also served as a volunteer director and officer of the Diamond Peak Ski Education Foundation, and the Incline Village Golf Club, and as a member of the Incline Village-Crystal Bay Citizens Advisory Board.
